Closets Made Easy specializes in the design, sale, and installation of custom organizational systems. The specifics of the services to be provided (including materials, dimensions, and labor) will be explicitly detailed in a formalized quote or contract provided to you after an initial consultation.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All online or preliminary quotes are considered estimates based on the information provided by the user. Final pricing is strictly contingent upon a physical in-home measurement and consultation conducted by one of our professionals.

• Estimates remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing if the scope of work or material costs change before the final contract is signed.

4. User Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation and quoting process. For installations, you agree to ensure the work area is clear of personal belongings, existing shelving (unless demolition is included in your contract), and accessible to our installation team on the scheduled date.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D renderings, floor plans, and digital content generated by Closets Made Easy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Closets Made Easy until a contract is signed and the project is paid in full. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary designs to solicit bids from other contractors without our explicit written consent.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are custom-manufactured to the exact specifications of your home, all sales are final once production has begun.

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 3 business days of signing the contract, provided production has not yet commenced.
• Cancellations after this period may be subject to a forfeiture of your deposit to cover material and administrative costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Closets Made Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Closets Made Easy operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
